In short, we pay the piper, then we pass along all the profits.
What if the event is a flop? Will my cause still make money?
We are great promoters, so we haven’t had this happen yet. That said, unforeseeable events happen. If we are unable to generate enough sales to cover the event expenses, there won’t be any profits to pass on, so the cause won’t make any money, but the organization will still benefit from the event-related publicity.
My cause is not a 501c3. Can I still Call on Music?
